How it works: You need an antifungal medication like Lamisil® AT Gel to treat your athlete's foot. Its active ingredient - terbinafine - prohibits the growth of the fungus causing the infection, and also kills it off. Lamisil® AT Gel also offers twofold relief to skin irritation brought on by athlete's foot: it cares like a cream and cools like a gel. And its unique gel formula absorbs quickly into your skin and is non-greasy. With Lamisil® AT Gel you can relax - and quickly return to feeling like yourself again.
How to apply it: First, get your feet ready for treatment with Lamisil® AT Gel by washing them with warm water and a gentle soap. Follow up by drying them well. Take a small amount of the gel on your finger and lightly rub it into the skin of the infected area, and to the areas surrounding the infection. Repeat the same procedure on your other foot - even if you only have symptoms on one. Afterwards, put on clean cotton socks and shoes - now you're ready to go.

Remember to thoroughly wash your hands after applying treatment - this way you avoid infecting another part of your body with the fungus.

Just follow the steps above to treat your athlete's foot - once a day for one week.
